These collars are the well-known “Beastie Bands” made by TwinCat USA. IMHO these are the best cat safety collars available. They close with Velcro and do not fall off “at the drop of a hat” but will if stressed.
These collars are cut to fit, so the neck size you indicate is not crucial, i.e., all collars arrive the same length. They can be adjusted to fit necks from 5 to 11.5 inches. When received, merely cut off the excess material to fit your cat’s neck. For kittens you can leave some excess and thus the collar can be adjusted to fit as your new friend grows.
