All tags mailed within 24 hours of ordering via First Class Mail
NOTE:
Orders placed Saturday Afternoon and Sunday mail on Monday.
Tags ordered on postal holidays mail the next business day.
Tags generally arrive within 3 to 5 days of ordering, some arrive the next day,
some take as much as 10 days (rare) it all depends on the U.S. Postal Service.
Again: We mail the tags within 24 hours of you placing your order.
We guarantee your satisfaction with any tag you purchase from us. If
you are not happy with the tag you receive from us, for any reason, just
return it, tell us why you are not happy with it, and we will issue
you a complete refund. If any tag you receive from us breaks, or the
lettering wears off, we will replace the tag free of charge; in these
cases the replacement information will be the same as that engraved on
the original tag (e.g., pet name, phone number, or address) changes are not
allowed on warranty replacement tags.
